December update from Dunnell Accounting

9th December 2019

What a year 2019 has been for us and our clients! Lots of highs and a few lows as with every year but we are another year wiser (hopefully).

The latest news from me is that I have moved into an office finally, after 6 years in my spare room with very little natural light, I have finally escaped. The office is located at the bottom of Greenwich Park on Feathers Place and has plenty of natural light, a high ceiling and a wine fridge that is fully stocked. I would love for you to come and visit so feel free to pop by.

Full address is – Studio 20, 14 Feathers Place, Greenwich SE10 9NE
Office telephone - 0203 621 1660

Another exciting bit of news is that I have a new member of the team, Demi! Demi joins us from finishing her A Levels where she achieved distinctions in Law, Business and Media. Her role within the company is Office Junior but my plan is that Demi will grow with the business and become your go to person when I’m not available. Please bear with us whilst we go through a period of training, Demi needs to learn what a UTR number is before she can remind you of yours!

For those of you that have corresponded with Jackie, fear not, Jackie is still with us in the role of Bookkeeper and this will not change (thankfully!). As Jackie works from home you might be hard pushed to find her in the office that regularly, so email is always the best form of contact for her.

I’d also like to take this opportunity to thank you for your valued support once again this year, it means a lot to me. I have the best clients and I’m so grateful that you make ‘going to work’ enjoyable. I realise that over the last few months I have not been as available or as timely as I would have liked or that you have become accustomed to and for that I am very sorry, with the changes I have made recently this will get better I promise. Thank you all for your continued understanding and patience.

We will be closing the office on Friday 20th December 2019 and reopening on Monday 6th January 2020, getting our rest in before the manic tax return month of January begins again. We hope you enjoy the festive season and look forward to a fantastic 2020 year ahead.

Have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year if we don’t see you before!

All the very best
